  Went to Asda, bought over £170.00 worth of shopping and I was a regular customer up to this point.
  We ordered carpet cleaning machine that are sold under Asda premises and I paid for the shampoo on the counter at Asda store.
  They didn't have a clue where the Carpenter cleaning machine was.
  I asked as many Asda staff and customer services about it non of them had a clue.
  They were guiding me left and right.
  Finally the manager appeared and not surprisingly she didn't have a clue.
  For 2 hours and around 40 minutes there was a cat and mouse show.
  The manager seemed to be disturbed on her rest time or probably a nap in the afternooon.
  She being a manager didn't have a clue what was sold in the store, if she doesn't even have a clue of what's being sold, what is she managing I wounder.
  When I asked how come you sell something and you don't know where it is.
  She said oh it's not our brand we are not selling it.
  I paid on the counter of Asda and she is telling me Asda do not sell that item.
  
  This is not the first time that we had a nightmare experience with this store and their staff and managers.
  One thing is for sure non of our friends and family will suffer ever again by these unprofessionals.

  Staff are generally polite and on a good day helpful. Pharmacy is excellent...outstanding!!! The whole site is in desperate need of a good clean. Too much merchandise on display at entrance. Needs a complete overhaul.

  It's big and most of the time they have what I'm looking for. I don't give 5⭐ for a important point for me: as a mum of 2 babies I found the changing room out of order every time I need it (and I shop a lot as I live locally). It would be appreciated if they could take care of that as normally you spend time and money in the shop an families with babies need at least that service available.

  Mostly I find what I need In add store is clean and bright. Prices give me satisfaction.
