- 4 / 5By Hilda LeeI give it this review because 2 reasons. The rooms are nice and clean. You get a free 5 pound voucher if you decline room service. You get a free water bottle in the room. And if you have access to the business lounge, you can get free breakfast and water and seltzer, coffee, coke. I took one star away because I requested complimentary toiletries and they took over half an hour to come so I had to call again for them to bring them up. That took another 15 minutes. Also, my friend booked 3 rooms and they tried to separate us and put us on different floors. Overall it was a good hotel. But the service could be better.March 13, 2017
