  Very close to Gloucester road station and very easy to find. Hotel is very big and attractive with plenty of space. Didn't stay overnight but did use the venue for a charity/academic event and the amenities were great. Staff are helpful upon request but aren't the most proactive. Overall a great experience and I would happily use them again.

  Poor customer service and hygiene
  was put off by this service as they are not covered by UK standards so if tings go wrong they are more protected than you the customer
  my 1 week stay was like a horror or hell first night stay my personal belongings magically disappeared, to a 24 hr investigation, to a cockroach in the breakfast area, to not being given the breakfast i had paid for in full online, but said it was not on the computer, which lead me to believe i was being racially discriminated by a duty manager, this service has gone down, room was not up to usual standards, and neither was the service, even up to the top director, they ignored emails which is a dishonour in common/ commercial law, and was only offered points at one of their branches, hmmmmmmm..... now tell me, who would stay at a place where they just mistreated you?
  
  check all things before you book,
  1) is it a UK hotel, based in UK? or is it a US hotel, based in the UK? and does it cover you as a customer if or when things go wrong in the UK?
  2) if you book online, check for high rate numbers 0871 to make sure they are UK based. high phone bills
  3) ask for full itinerary print out so there are no complications later if things do go wrong.
  4) take valuables out of your room, and keep a camera on pause just in case you need to record some kind of ugly situation you may come up across, as PROOF is always a good thing when you are spending a lot of money with these companies.

  Small room but has everything you need. The shower features a water saving head which for a traveler is pretty poor as the water spray is weak. Breakfast was good as is the restaurant downstairs. But the biggest issue is the lifts. There are five all up and nearly all of them had some issue whether the card reader wouldn't register or the light turned on indicating that the lift was about to open yet didn't. The tube is in walking distance. If you're interested in seeing the museums or venturing into Hyde Park than this is the perfect location.

  Was so looked after. Had booked directly and Renee ensured that our weekend was perfect. Our family of five received a drink token for the bar which was a real nice surprise, plus upon arrival we had a fresh serving of fruit in our room.
  
  I've stayed here many times over the years but this was the first time my family visited. They were impressed.
  
  My thanks to the the team at the Kensington Forum, for making a Christmas weekend very special.

  Was a nice hotel, had a few issues to start with... Couldn't find our booking to begin with. Had to wait over 10 minutes for the customer service lady to finally find that. Dirty dishes were left outside our room from previous guests, wasn't a nice thing to look at coming in and out our room. Apart from those two issues everything else was really good.
