  Gotten so much better! Before, you had to wait hours for a table and the food wasn't even that great. But today, I got a table straight away and the food was great! The waitress which served us was very nice too.

  Well where do I start... easily the WORST Harvester I have been to... and I have been to a few! Upon entering was made to wait for a seat for over 10 minutes in a nearly empty venue. Bearing in mind I could see 3 members of staff. When I questioned about seating to one member of staff I was told she was off duty and we would have to wait. After finally being seated we had to wait another 15 minutes for our orders to be taken. 3 items that our party of 6 ordered were out of stock so we had to reorder. Then when we went to the salad bar there were no bowls so we had to wait more and half of the salad trays were EMPTY! To say I'm appealed at the service is an understatement! I'm currently sat here waiting for some assistance to get the bill and we finished our meal 30 minutes ago! Steer clear if you want good customer service because you will not get it from here. First and last time I set foot in here. The fact I'm still here and having to write this review speaks volumes!
