  I had a great stay at this hotel. When you wake up, you go to eat breakfast and it was delicious, you could ask the staff to make you breakfast that was on the menu (free of charge) or get it yourself. The rooms were beautiful, it felt like I was staying at a five star hotel. There was also a tea making appliance, some tea next to it and milk. Only minor problem was, that they locked the entrance at 11pm.

  Since the last time we stayed in London we weren't satisfied with our hotel we chose this hotel because it has a star more.
  While the bathroom was clean and the towels and toiletries were good in quality and quantity there was mold on the wall. The bed was clean, but the pillows on the linen were slippery and fell out during the night. The size of the room was great and we made use of the tea tray as well. There were loud noises at around 4:30 am directly under the window (facing the backyard) which caused us to wake up every time. The food selection was great, especially since a gluten free range was part of it (the main reason we chose this hotel).

  The rooms are as per the pictures on their website. They are very clean and beds are nice & comfortable. Toiletries are replenished each day and service personnel at the hotel are very nice and helpful. The Breakfast is FANTASTIC. It has a really great spread and certainly something to look forward to every morning. My family & I give this hotel top marks in terms of service, food and accommodation. We recommend it highly. Though it's not in the city center, it is so convenient to go to town via a short bus ride to the tube station or directly to Oxford. No problem at all! We will definitely stay at Clayton again the next time we visit. Thank you Clayton Crown & to every single one of your lovely staff - Well done!
