  I ordered at 2:16pm and waited till like 3:28pm to call the place and there tell me it got sent to wrong place they will call back to let me know then at 3:50 i called again and they seemed to hardly care poor customer service!! But the delivery guy was good it wasnt the one that mixed my order up which doesn't make any sense but just order from pizza hut or something!

  Just over an hour ago, me and my family ordered 3 pizzas as we are having a little gathering. Besides the point let's get this story of a review on the road. To start it's a must that anybody who reads this is to understand customer service throughout the shop and the drivers is appalling. The delivery time was spot on, I can't fault that. The driver turned up, my partner answered the door and paid £30 and the pizza was £29, didnt expect any change back because we never do. The driver proceeded to be rude to my partner and said 'is that it?' after she paid; he was expecting a tip and we both found this very rude. The pizzas turned up, we had ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 medium. I recieved one large pizza and two mediums, I wouldn't mind usually but we had family over so we wanted enough to go around. I phoned the shop and explained the situation at hand only to be met with even ruder customer service. I was put on hold when I told them I was expecting two large pizzas and not one. After being on hold for 5 minutes a different person picked up the phone and asked for my order, again I explained the situation and they laughed at me in the background. The original member of staff came back to the phone and told me that he would send a large pizza as they made the mistake but they would need the medium they didn't mean to send as proof?! What sort of nonsense is that, I was so baffled. I explained again I have family over and they have already started to eat as they were hungry. I was then told there was nothing they could do and that I 'could be lying to get free food'. How disgusting is that for customer service? Disgraceful I was very angry at this point and told them to forget it and I won't be ordering from there again. The guy on the phone then told me that he didn't want to lose a customer so next time I order I will have to call on the phone as I can have a free Small side. What kind of offer is that for someone who's had the wrong food delivered? The customer quite clearly isn't always right when it comes to dominos. Won't be ordering from here again.
