- 1 / 5By JACQUINE GIARRATANOI used to like the Gaucho quite a bit. On Saturday our experience was enough for us to never return. From the onset every answer to our question was no. At 5 in the afternoon we were told that we weren't allowed to sit in the front beside the window because the space was kept for drinks only now - restaurant had maybe 5 tables and a small function outside. We were sat at a table at the back of the restaurant which was cold. We waited for ages for service, our requests were denied, the bread was raw, and while we thought the food to be nice when it eventually came. I was vomiting after half an hour after leaving the restaurant and spent the entire night ill. My daughter woke up early with diarrhoea and spent the entire day ill too. The atmosphere was awful and has completely changed! Sad!November 30, 2016
