- 2 / 5By Rob MooreWe arrived at the hotel and initially were placed in a lower ground floor room, all we could see was people's feet going past on street above, the room was tired and a little tatty the windows were inoperable and things like the toilet roll holder were falling off the wall.
We approached reception who were very polite and promptly moved us to a room on the upper floor which cured the view issues, however the room was also tatty and tired. Overall staff friendly and helpful but the hotel rooms were tired and in need of some tlc more like a 3 star to be generous.October 29, 2016 - 5 / 5By Mark ShaylerMy wife and I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and well presented and the staff were friendly and helpful. We received a complimentary room upgrade and the food we ordered via room service arrive promptly, hot and with great flavour.August 10, 2016
