- 5 / 5By Morgan T.Best Novotel that I've ever stayed in! I was surprised at the spacious rooms considering the downtown location. Ample tourist sites within walking distance. Friendly, hard working staff who kept rooms and floors clean even during busy breakfast rush hours. Clean dishes and cutlery. Some staff don't have the best command of English but they were all helpful. I'll stay here again on future visits to London.May 06, 2017
- 5 / 5By Lisa ClarkThe Novotel London City South is in an excellent position to see the sights of London within walking distance of many sights and conveniently close to underground to venture further distances also had many restaurants close by. The room we stayed in for 6 nights was spacious modern clean and well serviced. All staff we uncounted were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.The surrounding area is a safe nice district. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
