  Had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, loved the views of Hyde Park. Great location, close to the tube and train station. Thai restaurant was delicious. The staff made it a really great stay though.

  Great location, fairly priced for area, room was wonderful from personal and business perspective, great views from rooms. Staff was fantastic! Lobby is chic yet roomy and comfortable. Amenities in room, including USB charging ports (no converters required), TV mirroring to devices, towel warmers in bath, great lounging and work spaces. Great restaurants on site and in-room dining, and lots is walkable dining/cafes surrounding. Hyde Park just across the street, and shopping all walkable, e.g. Oxford Street, Convent Gardens / Apple Market, etc. Highly Recommend. Would definitely stay again!

  Very nice hotel undergoing a major refurbishment. The room we had was one of the older ones but clean and well equipped. Staff amazingly friendly and really cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable one.
