  On arrival there wasn't a member of staff present to deal with check in. Having unpacked we went into the bar for a drink and again no-one was present. When we found a member of staff that could serve us my drink was served in a dirty glass and I had to ask for it to be done again as first time round he gave me something I hadn't asked for then said he didn't have another small glass so I had to ask him to pour the first one away and give me another one
  Dinner was a huge disappointment firstly the waiter told us we had no reservation then my husband returned two steaks as he just. couldn't cut into the sinue to get at the meat.
  Breakfast was also poorly organised with food running out and having to wait for fresh, dirty cutlery and poor quality.
  The only reason for the 2 is because we had no complaints about the room. Other than that we were extremely disappointed and it ruined our weekend away. We will not be returning to this hotel .

  Excellent location, for access to London, pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. WiFi was an issue, however this doesn't detract from the overall good atmosphere.

  Premier Inn quality as usual. Air conditioned room that works. Rooms I can't fault. Room clean and towels fresh. Slightly let down by quality of the breakfast being a buffet style being either undercooked (eggs mainly), or as too much is put out, that it continues cooking or goes cool! Staff are very good, always polite and helpful.
  When you arrive with a car, there is limited parking (also costs £10 per night) or outside on the corner it's £6 if you're prepared to leave it there.
  The London Underground station, Hanger Lane is 2 minute walk, or come out of the hotel and turn right, will in a 5 minute walk get you to the Park Lane station.
  Will be staying here for a few more weeks due to working nights, and yes the room is pretty quiet apart from occasional sirens from emergency services as this is just off the A40.
