Incredible experience from start to finish. They really take care of their reward members. Not only did they give us an incredible upgrade, but they made sure that our experience was nothing but the best. The sound system in our room wasn't syncing with the wifi, and they quickly resolved the issue. Immaculate room. The service is very pleasant and the rooms are very nice is well. however one small downside is the fact that there is a club on the ground floor of the hotel. This means that certain rooms directly above the hotel can get slightly noisy during the early hours of the morning, and it maybe difficult to sleep. However you can ask to move to other rooms as well.September 28, 2016
