  Large pub with good selection of ales. Very nice beer garden out the back with lots of seating. Gets very very busy though, especially if the weather is good!

  This place is for people with more money than sense...
  
  Very hot day, my 3 kids were gasping for a drink, took them in the gypsy moth and ordered 4 small cokes. The glass was 3/4 ice and the price came to £9.80. this works out at £2.95 for a 1/4 of a small glass of coke! Coz the ice, I'm assuming, is free...
  
  Even my oldest daughter who is 8 was shocked! She says if i were you i would never go there again, the place was rubbish. I found a piece of wood in my coke, and its like £10 for 4 cups of ice, i hate the place.

  Standard menu to choose from with a specials board. Had the beef and amber ale pie which was good. The burger was tasty but a bit on the dry side. Nice selection of beers.
  Amazingly happy and friendly bar staff which really set a positive mood.
  Great way to spend an afternoon.
