  Poor service, order was wrong twice and took ages to come out despite the pub being relatively empty. They didn't charge for our drinks as an apology, but then billed us for the wrong food, which we had to send back to be changed. Avoid.

  So we arrive and sit down, go to the bar and order only to be told we can't sit there and have to move. Anyway we move and order, I ordered a Bloody Mary, the lady looked very perplexed, so I explained what a Bloody Mary was and how to make it! Our food arrives and I asked for pepper, the answer I got was remarkable!! "We are not a posh city restaurant so we don't have pepper!!"
  I didn't realise I've been such a posh pepper user all these years! I believe even McDonalds have pepper!!
  Not a place I'll return to.

  went in the day, a real nice pub with a cosy, friendly atmosphere, a good range of drinks, and a great location near the market and the Cutty Sark. staff are friendly and accommodating.
