  Please don't go to this restaurant. Instead go to DIXY CHICKEN at least you are not starving, After waiting for one hour for our food the food was cold. Without eating the food I paid for it. Worst service. They should close the restaurant.

  The food and service is always great here whenever my friends and I go. The atmosphere is lovely: simple yet classy interior decoration, and a large fish tank placed in the main dining area, perfect for kids to be amazed by.
  
  The one thing I absolutely love to buy at The Grill is their milkshake. It is thick, flavourful and lasts a while - definitely worth the money (I recommend bubblegum, strawberry shortcake and snickers). The prices are moderate for a restaurant but can get expensive if you go for items like steak, as expected. You can get a decent burger meal for £7-ish. Pictured is one of their 8oz beef burgers I ordered.
  
  Improvements:
  - Give more wedges! I love to buy their wedges as opposed to steak chips but I've noticed they give a lot less wedges than chips.
  - When I ordered the T-bone steak a few years ago, it was extremely chewy and well done, I felt like I wasted my money then. Maybe their steaks have improved now.

  Food was actually good but service terrible.
  
  Ordered milkshakes and they gave it to us in takeaway cups instead.
  
  Ordered lamb chops and chicken wings for starters but not received any plates to eat on. Asked for it and received about 4 minutes later. Unacceptable.
  
  Then asked for tissues and had to pester the waiter as he didn't give it initially.
  
  Could see on our table that there was no space for mains but waiter didn't take any of our old plates. We had to pile it up to one side.
  
  Wanted to get dessert and tea but the waiter never approached us to see how we were.
  
  It was us (group of 5) and separately another 5 people eating there. It's not like they were busy!
