- 4 / 5By OnlyADeityStayed overnight here for a theatre visit. Location is perfect for getting around London and it's located right next to the Brunswick shopping centre. We'd booked an accessible room as we travelled with a wheelchair user and were disappointed on arrival as the hotel has made an error and booked a standard room which was unsuitable. To their credit, they did resolve this issue very quickly as well as fixing the broken phone and locating the missing hoist. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and lovely staff. Would stay here again.May 21, 2017
- 3 / 5By Omer MoghrabyWent for an event in its events rooms. Hotel is extremely conveniently located near Russel square tube and easy to find. I haven't stayed in rooms recently but I know they are of a decent standard and can get good prices if you look around. The event catering was very nice, staff were extremely helpful ESP Ahmed and facilities were clean. Rooms were comfortable enough - ones of all sizes.December 12, 2016
