  Lovely friendly staff as always. Really good with the kids and welcoming. The only reason I gave a 9 and not a 10 was due to missing out on a few things at breakfast - not being told we can use both areas so didn't get to have any toast etc and my coffee never arrived and had to ask for it twice.
  Room lovely and clean, bathroom could do with updating but was fine.
  Thank you for a lovely stay, would recommend and visit again.

  Not impressed with room turned water on in bathroom sink as water ran there was a sewage smell reported it nothing done about. Told them again and they knocked half the cost of car parking off still left me with a £50 bill. Residents are charged at £1:50 an hour for parking. Expensive if you stay a weekend or longer. Breakfast is served as a buffet only at £17 so if all you have is toast that toast will cost you £17. Decoration in rooms is shabby with cracked plaster and flaking paint. Carpets in the halls are worn and coming up in places. Meals in the bar while expensive where very nice and a good pint of Guinness and John Smiths. The gents cubicle toilets had no handle on inside to lock the door just a bare spindle that you could turn with forefinger and thump to lock cubicle door but difficult to unlock dangerous if a child got stuck in there or anyone else during an emergency both cubicles were like this feel house keeping should have picked this up with out me having to report it. In all room was clean apart from shabby decoration sheets and towels clean bathroom was clean apart from smelly tap water. Again why wasn't this picked up by house cleaning.

  Nice and clean Hotel in a good location. Staff were very helpful.
  Superior room was decent size and comfortable beds.
  One thing if you want to improve is the shower. No matter what you do with the control, the temperature of water remained steady , occasionally getting hotter. But, this is a minor inconvenience in the overall experience.
