  Really nice hotel. I stayed just 1 night but it was amazing. I booked the room through Aroma. Arrived to the hotel they announced us that they have upgraded our room for free. The spa is also really nice and the continental breakfast. I would definitely recommend it

  Friendly and helpful stuff. Beautiful hotel & spa. Didn't expect it to be that nice but it was like 5* clean and Modern. It was my friend's birthday and they surprised her with a complimentary mini happy birthday chocolate and balloons. That was really nice of them and also not expected. The massage and environment was sooooooo nice, relaxing and clean. Can't wait to go back again for more nights and spa treatments.

  Five star spa! Truly an incredible experience- perfect for a pamper day or get away weekend. The hotel rooms are modern, clean and of an excellent standard. The staff and facilities were lovely. Only downside was the noisy guests in the middle of the night but that's to be expected in a popular London hotel on the weekend.

  Partner and I really enjoyed this hotel. Great spa and facilities, though rather pricey! We stayed on a Saturday and the bar had a DJ playing into the night, great atmosphere.
  Lovely dining room upstairs for dinner. Close to Shephard's Bush station. Would stay again.
