  Checked in and immediate felt taken care of. The level of customer service was outstanding, from Alejandro at the front desk to the gentleman that brought my bags to the room.
  
  I was upgraded to a suite, with an ok view but it was an upgrade and the view wasn't a concern.
  
  This was my second stay here, both visits were for business, and based on the kindness and personal attention I received, I intend on making this my regular hotel in London. Well done ladies and gents.

  This was our second stay at County Hall, and it was lovely. We received an upgrade to a gorgeous suite with views of Big Ben. The bell man Colin was wonderfully kind and helpful, as were all other staff members we encountered.
  The executive lounge was great for the evening happy hour and breakfast.
  We walked to the Churchill War Rooms, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben/Parliament.
  So happy with this stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
