As a frequent guest at the Novotel, she immediately recognized me and greeted me by name. She checked me in quickly, and I was in my room within a few minutes of arriving at the hotel. The other members of the staff were attentive as well, and together made my short stay wonderful. I look forward to returning to the hotel again soon.January 08, 2017

Breakfast was a hearty English breakfast each morning and if you choose to eat dinner at this establishment you could either have it on the pub side or in a more elegant setting with the choice not differing each evening.
Service and Hospitality was great. They were always happy to help us out when we needed it.
The room I stayed in fit 4 but with not much room to move around in which was ok as we spent our days in the beautiful London outdoors. There was always a destination to walk to and a cab to catch back.
Overall I would stay here again.November 01, 2016
