    Welcoming personal email prior to arriving as well as in personal welcome with complimentary drink just after checking in. Also, all my requests upon reservation was fulfilled without me asking for them again. All in all, a very nice hotel with great staff and butler service. On the downside, the gym was disappointing and the rooms need an little update (furniture and glitching dimmer lights).
    A minor detail is the elevator service which I found very efficient and refreshing.

    Internet barely works and was not working at all one of the three nights we stayed. Then got randomly billed for phone calls at 3am local time that we know we didn't make. Then a £1 donation to UNICEF, which is fine, but should be asked and not just added without any warning on the bill. Still haven't heard back 2 days later from my emails following up on the room charges.

    Will never stay here again and not sure how this is a luxury collection brand hotel, the worst SPG property I've stayed in this year as a platinum member.

    Great hotel, good service and a really nice bar and restaurant downstairs. The service was very good. The gym and other facilities are nothing to write about. The staff is very courteous and very helpful. They even helped us find a baby sitter for our kids when we were there and that helped us greatly

    Absolutely beautiful hotel with many luxurious amenities. The elevator system works incredibly efficiently and the staff is quite friendly. There is also cucumber mint infused water in the lobby.

    Falls short of expectation.. breakfast nothing to shout about. Basic spread.. rooms a little tired. Nice bar with good service.. attentive reception.. no club lounge..
