- 4 / 5By Zachary DecentAn extremely popular local place for roasts on a Sunday! It's dimly lit and atmospheric, and totally packed - our wait for three people was about an hour! It's a little pricey for what you get (including the drink), but the food is really good! I recommend the lamb especially, unfortunately the desert selection isn't as good. Whilst the service is very good, it's not especially friendly as the wait staff dash through the restaurant to serve so many people. It's efficient and fast but it lacks the personal touch, and means occasionally she forgets things too. When they do find time to talk to you for a moment, they are very nice, if only for a few seconds. Overall I'd recommend it for the food alone, but they need to work on their service a little - and come on, every roast should come with Gravy without having to ask...April 13, 2017
