  Fairly typical London budget hotel, featuring all common Premier Inn accoutrements, but for the most part service was pretty average, particularly in the restaurant. Admittedly I was part of a large group, but details such as dietary requirements went ignored on several occasions, certain orders were delivered incorrectly and as such meals took rather longer than would be expected, even for a large group. On the whole though mistakes were corrected and staff were polite about it so as and when I'm back in the area to work an event, I will likely return.

  We booked a double room for a night this weekend, service was extremely simple and pleasent, bed was comfortable and weLL sized, I fit in it with leg room and I'm 6ft 5! The location was perfect as it was in the middle of London, great for sight seeing and lovely for tourists/visitors who want a convenient location to stay at! Would recommend here for anybody who wants a peaceful, comfortable night's sleep.

  It's a nice place. The staff is welcoming, the shared areas are clean and orderly. The room that I had in the 5th floor was large and clean. The 'issues' so to speak is that the bathroom is sparse. There's no shampoo or conditioner, few towels and it feels very sterile and lacks warmth - like a hospital bathroom. If you are looking for a place to sleep in a convenient area, this is a solid bet. If you are going for a bit of refinement, perhaps not.
