  This an excellent hotel which is practically adjoining the Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London. It also is next to a Marina with most of the well known restaurants, Zizzis, cafe Rouge and the like. I have restricted mobility, and access to everywhere for people who are disabled is excellent. The Hotel itself was brilliant and the staff are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

  Friendly staff. Large bright room with view over the River Thames and Tower Bridge. Clean and fresh. Good prices with helpful and friendly staff. Close to central London and subway. Air condition pushed hot air instead of cold, hence the reduced grade. I didn't personally try the breakfast, but heard it was a solid English one for £12.

  Playing loud music on the first floor until 1am. I was told by staff that it was licensed until that time and there was little they could do until then despite being up for work at 6am. They seemed to have little understanding and hardly apologetic. I asked if they let their clients know in advance to which he responded "I understand but I don't know what you want me to do" before suggesting to move me to another room at 00:15 in the morning having complained. Crazy considering I've stayed the two nights previously without an issue. Great views otherwise. Stay on Monday on Tuesday only. The food served in their Xi Bar is average. I asked for four different items over my pizza but only two toppings come out right; the waiter told me he was agency staff and that they didn't recruit full time staff to get to know their customers.

  Visited the hotel for a professional event. Found the staff very accommodating, the facilities that we used top notch, and the food and other refreshments that were served varied and tasty. The views from the conference facilities we were in, looking over Tower Bridge, and behind it, The Shard, were impressive. Its conveniently located a short walk from Tower Hill tube station too, which provides simple links to most mainline London railway stations. All in all, recommended!
