  3.5 stars. A bit better than OK, but not quite good. We stayed here two nights at the end of a Rick Steves tour. Room was nice, but a little cluttered. Bathroom was tight. Tub/shower combo. Tub floor had sloping sides, which made me fear for my balance. Check-in took a long time. They said that they had had a power outage and their computers were down. They apologized for the delay in checking in. The included buffet breakfast was OK except for the stale pastries.

  It was nice, but I was there for a one day CPD course so can't really comment on much. The bathroom was nice and lunch was good. Great service at the desk, the gentleman was very helpful

  Very good and friendly service from the staff. Classic English hotel. Good Hotel bar. Car service. Å bit old rooms, but the friendliness from the staff compensates for this. Lots of nearby resteaurants. Very close to Gloucester road tube station

  Fantastic hotel with staff who can't do enough for you. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. A huge variety of food available at breakfast ranging from full English to continental style plus fruit and everything in between. Superb evening meals are also available.
